The establishment of a gastronomic and consulting management company was the result of the experience he gained from this long path in gastronomy and the possession of 4 Michelin stars (Spondi**, Hytra*, Galazia Hytra*).
He has collaborated with the most famous restaurant groups and luxury hotel units in the country like Electra Palace in Athens, the four restaurants of Sani Resort in Halkidiki (Water, Byblos, Sea you, Macaroni), Kiku, Cavo Tagoo in Mykonos, Orloff in Spetses, Liostasi in Ios, Porto Carras Grand Resort in Halkidiki, Eagles Palace in Halkidiki, Kinsterna in Monemvasia and Nikki Beach in Porto Heli.
